A wide open space for Boston’s dancers

Thank you for your interest in renting Studio 414 at Boston Center for the Arts. 

Ideal for Auditions, Rehearsals, Workshops, Intensives, our new dance-focused studio offers a 750-square-foot rehearsal room to dance and movement artists, with a capacity for up to 20 people. 

With a goal to enhance and deepen the creative process, Studio 414 rental packages offer blocks of focused time at subsidized rates well below most other venues in the Boston area. Once booked, dance artists will have exclusive access to the studio space during their contracted time.

RENTAL PACKAGES:

Weekly full days: 24 hour access • 7 consecutive days

Weekly half days: 7 consecutive days, 4 hour period

Daily: 8 hour access

Half day: 4 hour access

Hourly: with 2 hour minimum
