Artist Talk with Andrae Green

This program is part of Paradise/Mash-Up: Andrae Green, the exhibition’s public programming series and is free and open to the public.

This special event will feature a conversation between the artist Andrae Green, Nicole Smythe-Johnson, Assistant Professor of Art History and African American & Black diaspora studies at Boston University, and Rachel Passannante, Assistant Director and Collections Manager at the Danforth Art Museum.

Together, they’ll explore themes within the exhibition, discuss Andrae’s creative process, and reflect on the broader context of Caribbean legacy, cultural memory, and artistic practice. Audience questions and community dialogue are encouraged!
