Co-curator of Paradise/Mash-up: Andrae Green, a Mills Gallery Exhibition

Natalie De Jesus currently serves as co-founder for NALA Projects leading the organization’s efforts as project manager and administrator, advancing its mission through strategic initiatives that bridge art, education, and community engagement.

Previously, Natalie held a significant position in The Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Art of Ancient Americas curatorial department, where she focused on contemporary programming for special exhibitions and the permanent collection, with particular emphasis on Latin American and Caribbean art. For the Michael C. Rockefeller Wing, she served as the primary point of contact for internal curatorial correspondence related to exhibitions and international loans.

Natalie’s career includes roles at institutions such as the Learning Through Art Program at the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum, Lisson Gallery, Company Gallery, Hauser & Wirth, and the National 9/11 Museum & Memorial. She has contributed as a writer for The Latinx Project at New York University and served as a curator for the Bronx Council on the Arts (New York) and BronxArtSpace (New York). She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree at University College London in Educational Planning, Economics and Development.
