FY27 Performance Venue Rentals

Applications for performance venues for FY27 are now open!

Application applies to the following spaces from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027:

  • BCA Plaza Theatre
  • BCA Plaza Black Box Theatre
  • Nicholas Martin Hall in the Calderwood Pavilion

Rental Rates

Please note: Rental rates for the 2026–2027 season will be made available to you prior to booking. Please note, that rental rates are subject to increase each year.

BOOKING BCA REHEARSAL SPACES

If you are applying for rehearsals, workshops/classes, or a special event please complete the Short Term Venue Rental Application. All BCA spaces (including Studio 204 and the Arts Resource Room) may also be rented for shorter engagements and/or rehearsals. To request rehearsal space please submit a Short Term Rental Application. If you have any questions, email theatrerentals@bostonarts.org.
